The Sunnydale Ratepayers Association is the officially registered civic organisation of Sunnydale.

It aims to:

  • Safeguard the rights of ratepayers and residents
  • Promote ratepayers interests in the public administration
  • Investigate matters under consideration by the local authority
  • Co-operate with like minded associations
  • Be the link with the local authority
  • Preserve the standards of the area
  • Preserve the ecology of the area
  • Uplift and improve quality of life for all

The Sunnydale Ratepayers Association represents the following residential and business areas in the suburb of Sunnydale:

Milkwood Park, Faerie Knowe, Lochiel Small Holdings, Capri, de Oude Weg, Long Beach Mall and Sun Valley Mall commercial areas, Wingate Heights, Heron Park, Fish Eagle Park and  Lekker Water Road Service Industrial area.
